We were in shock after a fire in our garage due to an unused fuse box switch being flipped accidentally.
We're advised to have an electrical check ASAP.
After that check the switch was decommissioned and as he left , he said " I'm so sorry that happened to you " and , for me , it makes a huge difference when I'm shown empathy when I least expect it .
