I contacted Shem, of Solid Electrics, by telephone without having previous experience of him. I had a broken bathroom extractor with the motor being in the attic of my house. My initial impression was that he was knowledgeable and polite. He came to my house and very competently diagnosed the extent of the problem and replaced the extractor unit. I was impressed by his calm and professional approach. When he had completed the task he explained what he had done, demonstrated the new unit was working properly and tidied things away. The subsequent invoice clearly laid out and the price was very reasonable.
I regard Shem as professional electrician and would highly recommend him.
